Round Table Discussion at Miami University.

Evergreen Pulp Inc.’s commitment to the environment is increasingly evident in the New Year. The organization sponsored the round table discussion on greening the supply and purchasing chain at Miami University and made sure that a representative of the pulp mill was present to contribute to the topic.  As friends of the environment, Evergreen Pulp Inc.’s management team realizes the importance of working with other organizations to make a difference on the impact each of us has on our environment.
Topics of discussion in Miami varied from how to create a green purchasing department to recycling and the effort of the individual. The company is looking forward to implementing some of the many efforts discussed in Miami in their daily activities at the Samoa plant.
